Hello all, MAJ Baker sent these photos in late last year. That is the latest from the front lines. For the guys on the ground, stay safe keep the pictures and stories coming.
I pulled a doozy - I failed to upload the December update in the correct location and then confirm it loaded. Anyhow, now we are well into 2010. Latest news from Baghdad is that more and more of the base is being turned over to Iraq security forces. While this is great news in the scheme of things, it does cut down on the opportunities for the troops to fish. Maj Baker has passed on to me that they are not in need of anything and in fact he is hard pressed to find space for all the gear he does have.
